FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
You can upload all types of documents to Manage You. It is recommended that you have a system for naming your documents and setting up folders as you build your professional document profile. Consider adding the documents that are most important (those you cannot work without), or documents that may have expired unknowingly in the past.
Yes, your documents are stored in a secure location.
You can send one or multiple documents from the Manage You App.
1. Toggle to the Document Screen.
2. In the upper-right corner, select the Select icon.
3. Check the box next to the document(s) you want to send.
4. Select the Send button.
The selected documents will open in an email connected to the email address you designated during sign-up.
With your subscription, you are entitled to 20 GB of storage space. The total number of documents you can store depends on the quality and number of pages in each document.
There are three ways to set up and revise notifications in the Manage You App:
1. When you upload a document, you can set a notification at that time.
2. From the Document Tab, select a document and use the pencil icon at the top of the screen to edit expiration dates.
3. From the Notifications Tab, select a document to view, change, or send it.
Yes, you can store personal documents in the app. All documents can be viewed, updated, and shared. Please review the Manage You Privacy Policy if you have any questions.
It is recommended that you upload clear, high-quality documents while keeping file sizes reasonable to maximize storage space and performance.
